This CPD course is four hours in duration and is led by a Swim England licensed tutor, please see below for the full itinerary.

The key reasons for introducing stages 8-10 for swimming and your role within them 
The key themes in Stages 8-10 
The key considerations for writing a set 
The key features and component parts of :

Underwater phases and transitions 
 
What happens next?   
  
Following the completion of your course, it will take six to eight weeks for your certificate to be issued. An electronic copy of your certificate will be emailed to you.
