Swim England Aquatic Skills Framework Stages 8-10 Synchronised Swimming – Grantham Meres Leisure Centre

Gives you an introduction to the fundamentals of synchronised swimming. It is an ideal workshop to further develop the knowledge and understanding of basic sculling techniques, figures and routine practices in order to deliver fun and effective synchro sessions.

This CPD is aimed at Swim England Level 2 teachers and is made up of a 5 hour interactive workshop and 1 hour in the pool.
