Team Manager Module One Workshop – Moulton

Swim England East Midlands is hosting a Team Manager Module One workshop this May and we hope that you can all attend!

This informative workshop is designed to give participants the confidence and knowledge to effectively manage a team at a local level.

Workshop outcomes:

• To raise awareness of the key areas to consider in being a safe and effective TM at local competitions.
• To identify likely problems and challenges.
• Understand the need for Risk Assessments.
• Be aware of where further help, guidance and support is available.
