Swim England Assistant Water Polo Coach – Blended Learning only – Online

Government guidance means our leisure centres are currently restricted; but this does not mean our training and qualifications should stop. We have specifically adapted this course to make sure everyone has the opportunity to start their training.

This blended learning course will allow you to complete the theoretical elements of your certificate online through interactive activities, which will be assessed as you work through the course.

The specialist online learning is split into bite-sized pieces, so you don’t have to do it all in one go. This will mean you can work through the course online at home, at your own pace, over the coming weeks.

To supplement your online learning you will be invited to an optional webinar. The webinar is an opportunity to ask any questions and share your experience of the training so far with your tutor and others who have begun their online training.

You will then be able to book onto your practical assessment centre once the leisure centres and clubs have reopened.

Course fees
To allow as many people to start training during these exceptional times, we are splitting the course fee into two separate payments.

When you start the course and begin your online learning, you will only have to pay £100.

You will then pay the second fee up to £200

Course content
As an aspiring coach, this course will equip you with the knowledge and tools to actively support a water polo coach in the delivery of a planned training session.

The course is delivered through a mixture of online learning, zoom classroom activities and practical poolside assessment.
