Swim England and the Youth Advisory Panel invite you to nominate your Youth Champion for 2019.
Nominations will considered four times a year during the following months, with the winners announced at the end of each month:
- 1 December to 15 January
- 1 March to 15 April
- 1 July to 15 August
- 1 September to 15 October
