Swim England based in Loughborough is seeking an Operations Administrator to join it's team on a part time basis working 15 hours per week over 3 days, with Wednesday preferred. 

Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England. We help people learn how to swim, enjoy the water, and compete in our sports of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy Operations Department. You will be responsible for providing high level administrative, note taking and project support to both the Operations and Legal Departments, whilst contributing towards the smooth running of the organisation and wider sport.

Reporting to the Operations Administration Manager, you will also be responsible for supporting the organisation’s governance administration, including coordinating dates, discussing, preparing and producing agendas for Boards and Committees, as well as other duties.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have proven experience of working in an administrative role.
  • Have proven experience of note taking up to board level.
  • Have good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
