Swim England, based in Loughborough, is seeking an Administrator to work in their Membership Team on a permanent basis.

About The Role

We have nearly 1000 clubs up and down the country who help children to enjoy swimming, diving, water polo and artistic swimming - and nurture our next generation of Olympic and Paralympic athletes.

In this role you will be supporting them and our nearly 200,000 members through the delivery of excellent customer service and administration support for our core membership services.  

We are looking for a positive, friendly individual who is passionate about the role we play in getting the nation healthy through aquatic sports and our role to the leisure sector and helping children be safe in and around water.  

You will also need to have excellent attention to detail as we strive to provide the best for our clubs and members at all times.

About You

The successful candidate must:

  • Have excellent communication skills in written, verbal and digital forms
  • Be confident in using technology such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems including Excel for data manipulation
  • Have proven organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Hve excellent administrative and customer service skills
  • Be well organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Hve a strong teamwork ethic with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
