Aspire Sports and Cultural Trust in Gloucester are looking for an inspiring and passionate manager to lead Aquatics Development within our Charity, to cover maternity leave (minimum six month contract).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and lead our award-winning swim school.
GL1 has a magnificent complex of 4 pools including an 8 lane 25 metre Competition pool, Teaching pool, fun pool, and 4 lane 25 metre training pool. We host a wide range of National and Regional aquatic events. The swim school has developed over the past 8 years and offers a fantastic experience to all children and adults who come to learn to swim in a fun and safe environment.
We are looking for an inspiring and passionate manager to lead Aquatics Development at Aspire, to cover maternity leave.
Commercially focused, you will create, develop and deliver the outcomes of the Aquatics Development Strategy.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual who can manage and be part of a team that exceeds the expectations of our customers and can contribute to the development of the Trust's financial and social objectives. Your excellent communication skills and customer focused approach will ensure you build strong relationships with a wide range of people, and create successful business partnerships, increasing participation in aquatic activity at Aspire.
