Swim England based in Loughborough is seeking a Digital Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

About The Role

The Digital Manager is a new and exciting role for Swim England! You’ll lead the development of our websites and apps to get more children learning to swim through to inspiring the next Olympic and Paralympic champions.

You’ll lead a team of internal developers and will have lots of autonomy to bring new ideas to the table – and be responsible for delivering them. Birmingham 2022 is just around the corner and with swimming booming in popularity, there’s never been a better time to join us!

About You

The successful candidate must:

  • Be highly motivated and be a team player.
  • Have excellent digital project management skills.
  • Have experience of planning and delivering successful digital strategies with a specific focus of membership retention and acquisition.
  • Have a working knowledge of WordPress, its plugins and can write scripts as required in CSS, Javascript, PHP, MYSQL or similar programming language.
