Hamilton Aquatics is the leading swimming academy in the Middle East with approximately 350 competitive swimmers out of a base of 5,000 young swimmers learning to swim. We have 120 swimmers in our Performance Pathway which ranges from age 10 years old up to senior swimmers in our Elite Squad. Our Performance Pathway has produced over 30 Junior/Senior international swimmers, including 3 Olympians and multiple medallists on the international stage.
We are looking for a true professional Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach who is enthusiastic, motivated and willing to work hard with our swimmers in a performance environment, to get them to the next level and on to national / international podiums.
Requirements for the role:
- Degree in Strength and Conditioning and / or experience of working in a high-performance environment.
- Experience working with Elite level athletes and/or swimmers is an advantage.
- Knowledge of athlete development and a basic understanding of swimming is absolutely vital.
The responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to, overseeing all Strength and Conditioning at Hamilton Aquatics for our Elite Squad, as well as other squads in our Performance Pathway, on a daily basis.
The position is full time with a 2-year contract which is renewable. The total package, including all allowances, will be in the region of £32.5k to £33.5k (exchange rate and location dependent). The job also includes medical insurance, a paid air ticket.
