Swim England is striving to create a happier, healthier and more successful nation through swimming and aquatic activity. We strive to inspire everyone to enjoy the water in the way that suits them. As the recognised national governing body for swimming, artistic swimming, diving and water polo in England, we help people learn how to swim, enjoy the water safely, and compete in all our sports. Swim England is an incorporated organisation with charitable status.

We are seeking an experienced Product Fulfilment Manager to join our team on a full time and permanent basis. This role is required full time yet we’re open to flexible working hours to suit the ideal applicant and the business.

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Learn to Swim Team and also working collaboratively with others across the business, to manage and expand our Swim England Trading product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Learn to Swim, you would be responsible for managing the existing learn to swim product portfolio, project managing any changes to existing products as well as implementing new products.

The product portfolio includes our Swim England Learn to Swim Framework – one of the most successful and recognised reward and recognition programmes in sport. Find out more about the programme from our website  (links above). The portfolio is vast and includes a variety of products that are available in printed and digital format. You can find out more about our product ranges on our Awards shop.

You would be responsible for gathering and analysing data and insight about our product portfolio and ensuring any changes to our product range are informed by validated research and insight.

You would also be responsible for bringing stakeholders and technical expert groups together to ensure our products are developed with the end user in mind, meet a specific demand and complement our wider product portfolio.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have experience in successfully managing a portfolio of products
  • Have the skills needed to be able to take raw data, analyse it and use it in the product development cycle
  • Have great stakeholder management skills, in person, online and via email
  • Be able to juggle multiple product/project plans and not let timelines slip

It would be advantageous if you have experience in working in the leisure sector, but it’s not essential.

So if you feel you have the suitable skills and attributes for this position, and want to make a genuine difference to attracting people to the water and develop products that get more the nation swimming, then we would like to hear from you.

This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We are committed to inclusion and embrace the spirit of all equalities legislation. Where possible we will always make reasonable adjustments for accessibility to anyone who requires it.
