Swim England are seeking a Product Fulfilment Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
Hours of work: Full time – 35 hours per week – open to agreeing a work pattern with the right candidate
Location: Home-based with national travel

We are seeking an experienced Product Fulfilment Manager to join our team on a full time and permanent basis. This role is required full time yet we’re open to flexible working hours to suit the ideal applicant and the business.
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Learn to Swim Team and also working collaboratively with others across the business, to manage and expand our Swim England Trading product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Learn to Swim, you would be responsible for managing the existing learn to swim product portfolio, project managing any changes to existing products as well as implementing new products.
The product portfolio includes our Swim England Learn to Swim Framework – one of the most successful and recognised reward and recognition programmes in sport. You would be responsible for gathering and analysing data and insight about our product portfolio and ensuring any changes to our product range are informed by validated research and insight.
You would also be responsible for bringing stakeholders and technical expert groups together to ensure our products are developed with the end user in mind, meet a specific demand and complement our wider product portfolio.
The successful candidate must:
- Have experience in successfully managing a portfolio of products
- Have the skills needed to be able to take raw data, analyse it and use it in the product development cycle
- Have great stakeholder management skills, in person, online and via email
- Be able to juggle multiple product/project plans and not let timelines slip
It would be advantageous if you have experience in working in the leisure sector, but it’s not essential.
