  • Proactively engage with potential new activities, clubs, and groups to expand the centre’s offerings.

As Swim Lead, you’ll:

  • Deliver and oversee the Swim Academy, including Saturday morning sessions and weekday evening classes.
  • Develop a clear progression pathway for swimmers, celebrating achievements and maintaining strong communication with parents.
  • Design and deliver holiday swimming initiatives, such as intensive courses and themed weeks.
  • Identify and grow commercial swimming opportunities, including adult lessons, children’s pool parties, and school swimming provision.
  • Collaborate with the wider TASC team to maximise pool usage and revenue.

About the team

You’ll be part of the dynamic team at TASC, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to both the school and the wider community. Collaboration and innovation are at the heart of what we do, and you’ll have the support you need to succeed in this dual-faceted role.
