New Forest District Council is looking for qualified swimming teachers/instructors to join our Health and Leisure teams in Hampshire and teach in our swim academies.

We have vacancies at:

  • Lymington H&L (P01687)
  • New Milton H&L (P01696)
  • Totton H&L (P01714)
  • Applemore H&L (P01678)
  • Ringwood H&L (P01705)

Hours are varied across late afternoon, early evenings, daytime and weekends and are on a casual/variable contract basis.

We are looking for talented swim instructors who are passionate about teaching swimming. To be successful, you will need to be flexible, friendly and approachable. This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS prior to appointment.

Qualifications required:

  • Swim England/ASA Level 2 Teaching Swimming / STA Level 2 in Teaching

You will need exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment, able to respond appropriately and professionally to everyone you interact with in all manners, including face to face. If you enjoy inspiring clients of all ages to achieve their goals then we would love to talk to you!
