The ultimate goal is to create robust well rounded, technically strong divers. At each stage of development, what are the key considerations to ensuring divers stay on track and what should your ultimate goals be. Conversely, building a competitive list may mean you need to stray of course or deviate your long term plans for some short term success. Success builds confidence, drive and belief. So building a winning list requires an understanding of the competitive field, the International landscape. If you are new to a competitive level, say junior internationals you may well approach with trepidation. This part of the session will deal with working back from your end goal and building list consistency and a comfort buffer. It will pull upon a few golden rules. This part of the session will be a little more interactive for the audience. Speakers: Julian Bellan – Olympic Diving Pathway Lead |
