Coach 2024 Programme

Applications are now open for our second cohort of Coach 2024 – 2018/2019

This is an application based programme running over 14months, commencing in October 2018 and is aimed at coaches who:-

1. Coached swimmers onto England Talent phase 2 and 3 over the past 2/3 years
2. Coaching at the upper end of the England Talent Pathway
3. Level 3 Qualified and or working towards Senior Coach Certificate
4. Coaching predominately youth age swimmers to British Champs level

Only 15 coaches will be selected for this programme. So if you’re interested in becoming a part of Coach 2024, download an application form today and submit to swimmingtalent@swimming.org by 6 August 2018.
