Masters Development Day in the East Region

East Region runs an annual Masters Development Day which typically consists of classroom sessions ( psychology/nutrition/etc), a land-based session to teach exercises for strength and injury prevention and a coach-led pool training session.

The next Masters Development Day is 27th March at Oundle School, Oundle PE8 4AG 1pm-7pm.

The day will consist of presentations from various presenters and the chance to understand and develop new skills. The timetable contains a 2-hour 50m pool session which will encompass preparation for 50m racing, and technique work/ drills to build strength/ starts and turns.
