Synchro in the East Midlands
07/10/2014Welcome to the home of synchro in the East Midlands. Synchronised swimming, known in the community as synchro, is a fantastic sport which combines strength, agility, rhythm and flair.
Competitive synchro swimmers must be extremely fit, and completely at home in the water to perform routines on their own, with a partner or as part of a team.
- Find out more about synchro on the Swim England Synchro Hub.
Synchro routines are essentially athletic movements performed in water and choreographed to music.

Competitors must be members of one of the clubs listed above to take part.
