Free resources and special offers on e-learning

The wellbeing of our swimming community is our priority and over the coming weeks, we want to provide free opportunities for you to focus on your self-development.

New free online learning

Our Introduction to Front Crawl and Backstroke and Introduction to Breaststroke and Butterfly online learning is now free till the end of May 2020.

These courses are usually £25 each and take you through the basics of the four strokes. They are perfect for those who are new to swimming so if you are looking for ways to keep your swim school clients or club parents engaged during this time then include them in your next newsletter or social post.

They are also great for anyone who wants to become an aquatic helper or swimming assistant.

We have a set of free e-learning which is open to everyone and includes topics aimed at swimming teachers, coaches and club volunteers.

Mobile Devices in Swimming Lessons
Interactive online resource providing swimming teachers with guidance on how to use mobile devices safely and effectively.

School Swimming and Water Safety Overview
This free interactive resource gives an introduction to School Swimming and Water Safety, including guidance on training, standards and a summary of the core aquatic and safe self-rescue skills.

Deaf Friendly Swimming
How to ensure that deaf and hard of hearing young people are fully supported in accessing swimming lessons and training sessions.

Visually Impaired Friendly Swimming
This free online learning will help you understand visual impairments and how to support and include those with a visual impairment in swimming activities.

Introduction to Disability Swimming
This free online learning will give you an introduction to disability swimming. It covers best practice and how to support the inclusion of disabled people in swimming lessons and clubs.
