This swim stroke master class is lead by Nick Gillingham MBE, FIOS – Former World, European, and Commonwealth Champion, Double Olympic Medallist and 3 time World Record Holder 200m Breaststroke.

Nick will take you through all four competitive strokes including starts, turns, finishes and under-waters. The packed itinerary includes common faults, corrections, and dry land demonstrations across all four strokes.

Training Format

  • Face to Face – 1 day

The morning will be a theory based seminar with activities and checks on learning. The afternoon will be in the pool with corrective drills and demonstrations where you will be invited into the water if you wish.

Who is the course designed for?

This course will interest swimming teaching who would like to learn additional skills for faults and corrections and other technical aspects of swimming. The course will also be of interest to coaches who want to further develop their technique.
