Initial Assessment for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) - Swim England Assistant Synchronised Swimming Coach

The RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) process is an assessment only process which assumes that you already possess all of the necessary knowledge and skills to perform as a Swim England Syncronised Swimming Assistant (Coaching) It is aimed at those who have experience of coaching in this area and are already operating in a synchronised swimming coaching role, but do not hold the current assistant qualification.

This route differs slightly in its approach to the teaching and coaching swimming RPL in that you would be required to complete elements of the practical syllabus whilst attending a Swim England Synchronised Swimming Coach course. Please therefore ensure you have identified a course to attend prior to embarking on the RPL/Access route.

This initial assessment should be completed prior to booking on to the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) - Swim England Assistant Synchronised Swimming Coach (LINK) course. You will be emailed the initial assessment which you will need to completed by the dates shown below.
