Introduction to Front Crawl and Backstroke

This online CPD covers the basics of front crawl and backstroke using the ‘BLABT’ principle (body position; leg action; arm action; breathing; timing/coordination).

It looks at each aspect of the strokes and provides video examples of how this looks for both developing and more advanced swimmers. The course ends with an online quiz which will test your stroke knowledge.

You can start this online course as soon as you are booked on and it can be accessed multiple times before completion, allowing you to learn at your own pace.
