Government guidance means our pools are currently closed, but this does not mean our training and qualifications should stop. We have specifically adapted this course to make sure everyone has the opportunity to start their training.

As an aspiring coach, this course will equip you with the knowledge and tools to actively support a Synchronised Swimming Coach in the delivery of a planned training session.

Who is the course designed for?

Anyone who wants to take the first step to become a Synchronised Swimming Coach or interested in supporting a coach in a club environment.

Course content

This course will be delivered through a mixture of online Zoom sessions and practical poolside learning. We will then arrange your practical training days once the leisure centres and clubs have reopened. Your practical poolside learning will include supporting at least three training sessions to gain hands on practical experience.

Course fees

To allow as many people to start training during these exceptional times, we are splitting the course fee into two separate payments.

When you start the course and begin your online learning, you will only have to pay £100.

Once you have finished all the theory, you can book your practical session and make your final payment of £250. The final payment may be reduced to £100 if you are part of a Swim England Club and we have a Club Offer course available.
