About the goal

This goal is to burn off 2,000 kCal, or your average Friday night blowout. This is a woman’s full recommended daily calorie intake in one sitting. Guys, you’ve only got 500 kCal left after this, so don’t feel smug.

In the pool

2000 kCal is 164 minutes of average breaststroke swimming. How you do those 164 minutes is up to you. Remember, every swim counts towards your goal, however small. Just log swims to reach it. So which one are you?

  1. XXXL pizza with stuffed crust. Two slices of 82 minutes.
  2. Large meat feast. Four slices of 41 minutes
  3. Thin base vegetarian. Six slices of 28 minutes
  4. Thin crust individual pizza. Eight slices of just over 20 mins
