About the Goal
Nothing says weekend indulgence like a delicious roast dinner, with rich gravy and all the trimmings. The goal is to burn 1,000 kCal. This is roughly the equivalent of a full roast chicken dinner with roasted vegetables, and gravy.

In the pool
1,000 kCal is 82 minutes of average breaststroke swimming. How you do those 82 minutes is up to you. Remember, every swim counts towards your goal, however small. Just log swims to reach it. So which one are you?
- Roast chicken, vegetables, gravy and still space for dessert! – two visits of 41 minutes.
- Nut roast with wild mushroom gravy – three visits of 28 minutes.
- Next day sandwich with the leftovers – four visits of 20.5 minutes.
