Anyone wishing to get into Swimming Coaching needs to first gain their Swimming Coaching qualifications which can be done through the IoS (Institute of Swimming).

Through an affiliation with the IoS, Swim England London run a number of development opportunities throughout the year for those who are looking to start a career in coaching or are already working in the industry and are looking to up-skill and continue their professional development.

To engage coaches in London with the development of our sport of swimming in the region, Swim England London has a Swim Coaches Forum which meet quarterly to discuss the structure and development of swimming in London.
