Key Information
- Age at Date is 31 December 2026.
- Entry times need to be on Rankings and have been swum on or after 1 January 2022.
- Closing date for entries and payment is midnight on 29 April 2026.
- Meet will open for entries on 28 February 2026 (London Clubs only).
- Meet will open for entries for everyone on 14 March 2026.
Competitor Information
The Online Portal now provides your best times from Rankings for each eligible event. Please select the events you want to enter by ticking the box available next to each eligible entry. Please do not amend any of the times or enter a time in an event that is not shown as an eligible one. Your time will either be rejected or not be your best time.
Accepted entries are listed in the Accepted Entry Report in the documents section below. Payment needs to be made online before your entry is processed. Refunds will be made for any entries rejected before the closing date. After the closing date, refunds will only be provided if we need to reject an entry for meet management purposes.

Official Results
Entry to the Venue
Entry will be from the upper concourse entrance on the Stadium side of the venue. Do not use the main entrance.
The doors will open at 7:30am for competitors and 8am for spectators. If you are a competitor please report to the Sports Information Desk just inside the entrance. You will need to register with a volunteer and be given a competitors wristband.
Wristbands will be also be issued to spectators to allow them to visit the cafe on the ground floor.
Volunteers will require a photo ID to allow access to designated areas of the venue. Please collect your ID at the Sports Information Desk just inside the entrance. Volunteers must register for their ID by using the link below.
Coaches should download their pass from the Swim England pass systema and bring it with them. You will not be permitted to enter without one and we cannot download it for you.
Licensed Officials should bring their Licence with them. Any other officials who are not licensed should apply for a pass through the apprpriate link below.
London Region do not have exclusive use of the whole facility so wrist bands (different colours depending upon your role at the event) will be issued to all those attending to facilitate entrance, access within the facility and readmittance to the facility. These must be worn AT ALL TIMES (swimmers must keep their band with them at all times). Licensed Officials should wear their Aquatics GB licence and volunteers should collect their photo ID pass at the event entrance.
Clear Poolside Policy
Swimmers must use the seats in the east side gallery and should only be on the poolside when going to and from the pool for warming up and to the marshalling area for their event. Swimmers requiring assistance or reasonable adjustment to this policy should make themselves known to event marshals. There will be a small amount of seating poolside for those who have indicated they require it. Swimmers, please do not bring bags to the poolside, just bring what you need for your swim.
Marshalling
There will be no marshalling of swimmers for events. Swimmers must ensure they monitor events and marshal themselves to the blocks at the correct time. Swimmers should not be poolside more than three heats before their swim. Please listen to the announcer and watch the displays to monitor events.
Records
Swimmers are reminded that records are not monitored and it is the swimmer’s responsibility to note if a record has potentially been broken. If you break a record, please complete the application form available from the medal table at the event as soon as possible after the swim and hand it to the promoter so that the appropriate signatures can be obtained. Claiming a record after the meet may not be possible if the paperwork is not completed at the time. Record claims must be
submitted within a month of the event.
Swimwear
Swimmers are reminded that to qualify for a British, European or World Masters record, their swimwear must be compliant with the World Aquatics requirements.
Jewellery
For safety and security reasons, the wearing of jewellery is not permitted while in the water during warm up/ swim down and/ or competition. This includes watches, necklaces, chains, bangles, wristbands, ear-rings (except studs), and rings (except wedding bands). London Swimming will not be responsible for any jewellery brought to events and will not be liable if such jewellery is lost or damaged.
Safety
All competitors must ensure that they observe all safety announcements and conduct themselves with safety in mind at all times. Competitors must follow the instructions of the warm up/ swim down marshals, failure to do so may exclude them from the competition.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals during the meet weekend should be made by completing an official withdrawal form at the Announcers Desk on pool deck no later than 50 minutes before the advertised starting time of the first event in each heat session. If you are withdrawing from the whole event, please send an email to the Meet Manager at the address above.
Warmup and Cooldown Information
Warmup Sessions will always be in the Competition Pool before each session and will be 2 x 25-minute phases – one for each competition gender.
Cooldown will be available from 1pm to the end of the meet in the Dive Pit (adjacent to Competition Pool).
Start Lists and Results
Live start lists and results will be provided during the meet in the HyTek Meet Mobile (a subscription is required to receive the ressults) and Swim Results apps. Both apps can be downloaded from both Apple and Google app stores using these links.
The schedule of events is also available in both apps and in the meet documents section of this website.
A paper copy of the start lists and results will be posted at the entrance to the changing rooms from the pool.

Access to Poolside
A poolside pass is required for access to the pool area unless you are an athlete entered into the meet. The links will open on 2 May 2026.
- Chaperone Pass – £5 for the day
- Coach Pass – £5 for the day
All Field of Play Volunteers (including VIPs and SE Staff) must apply for a poolside pass using the form below.
- Volunteer. SE Staff, VIP Guests, and Unlicensed Technical Officials Pass Application
- L2 Teacher Pass – £5 for the day
- Licensed Technical Officials must wear their licence to gain access to poolside.

Spectator Entry
Entry to spectate the meet will cost £5.00 per day (regardless of arrival/departure time) for all adults (16 years old and over). Entry to spectate the meet shall be free-of-charge for all children (15 years old and younger) when accompanied by an adult.

No tickets will be available on the door under any circumstances.
There will be no printed programme available for this meet – we encourage all attendees to download and print the online programme at home prior to your arrival.
Relay Entries
The entries for Relay Events will open on Friday 13 March 2026 at 9am. A guide to entering relays and swimmer names is now included in the Online Meet Entry Portal instructions in the meet documents.
The team events are:
- 4x50m Medley Relay (mixed, female, male)
- 4x50m Freestyle Relay (mixed, female, male)
