Swim England reveals date for 2019 National Masters Championships

The date for Swim England’s major masters swimming event for 2019 has been revealed.

Swim England’s Masters National Championships will take place at Ponds Forge, Sheffield, between 25-27 October.

Hundreds of swimmers competed in the 2018 event, which saw a number of world, European and British records shattered.

Meanwhile, Swim England is close to confirming a new date and venue for the 2019 Open Water National Masters Championships.

The 2018 event was due to be held at Rother Valley Country Park but was abandoned due to the weather conditions.

Further details of the new venue and date will be revealed in due course.
