Since the launch of the Dementia Friendly Swimming Project at the beginning of 2015, Swim England has relied on the support of our partners to help build a sustainable Dementia Friendly programme.
Last month we rolled out the project to six new locations with the support of a number of new partners and we would like to recognise the collaboration and support of the following partners on this project. Our Dementia Friendly Swimming Partners are:
