Swim England's exclusive ticket offer for Triathlon Show: London

The Triathlon Show: London is returning for its eighth edition in 2020 – and Swim England members can access an exclusive offer to get two tickets for the price of one.

Taking place from 27-29 March at ExCel London, the exhibition provides the perfect springboard into the open water swimming season.

If you have never ventured out of the pool and into the open water, the Swim England Coaching Zone will give you all the information and advice you need for your first experience.

Damien Bryan is a Level 3-qualified swimming coach with more than 15 years of experience in swimming, open water swimming and competitive swimming.

He will be on hand during all three days of the show, offering FREE 20-minute sessions in a Master Spas swim spa.

How to improve your stroke

Each session will include a discussion to find out the areas in which you need help, followed by a swim so Damien can assess your level.

Damien will then provide you with some coaching pointers to help improve your stroke.

Simply bring your swimming costume/equipment and head to the Swim England Coaching Zone on arrival at the show to book yourself into a session that day.

All sessions will be offered on a first come, first served basis and changing rooms are available.

Swim England team members will also be available to answer any swimming-related questions you might have.
