Swimming Coach

MultiSport Ltd based in Shanghai is looking to recruit two Swimming Coaches to join the team.

Primary Role:

• To fulfil all aspects of contracted role as a professional sports coach: with specific focus on Swim coaching
• To plan/deliver/evaluate all Swimming programmes.
• To complete all related administration of assigned programmes and scheme of works.
• To evaluate and build the current swimming programme through innovative ideas and coaching practices.

Requirements:

• Must hold updated coaching qualifications in Swimming
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a sports-related subject.
• Must hold Award/Training in CPR/First Aid
• Minimum of 2 years coaching experience after graduation across a range of age groups and standards. A personal level of achievement to a high standard will be favourable.
• Prior skill and knowledge in at least two of MultiSport’s leading programmes (Swimming, Gymnastics, Tennis, Soccer)

Number of positions available: 2
Commencement date: September 2023
Remuneration: Approx. 25k per year (GBP) after tax
Contract hours: Full Time (approx. 20-30 coaching hours per week)
Living in Shanghai : You can live on the slightest of budgets if you live wisely, which increases the amount of money you can save or splash on the more extravagant nights available.  Following are some of the costs that you would be getting used to:

• A bottle of water (500ml) – £0.30
• A metro ride  – maximum  £1
• A week of meat and vegetables – £30.00
• Rent approximately £650 per month( £350 if you share)
• Utilities £30 per month.
