Boys Artistic Swimming Development Day

Train, Learn and Be Inspired – Saturday 20 December

Male artistic swimmers from across the country are invited to join us on Saturday 20 December for a dedicated Boys Artistic Swimming Development Day — a unique opportunity to train together, develop new skills, and be inspired by some of the sport’s brightest stars. 

Taking place at Hengrove Park Leisure centre, Bristol, the day includes tailored land and pool sessions, designed specifically to support boys’ artistic swimming development. We’re also thrilled to be joined by European Champion Ranjuo Tomblin, who will assist throughout and demonstrate key movements and techniques. 

To round off an unforgettable day, athletes will enjoy a festive Christmas Showcase featuring Ranjuo’s solo, the GB Mixed Duet and brand-new GB routines — followed by a photo opportunity with Ranjuo and Olympic silver medallists Isabelle Thorpe and Kate Shortman. 

Timetable for the day

9-9:30 – Introduction

9:30-10:30 – Land warm up and body movement

10:30-10:45 – Rest/snack

10:45-12:30 – Pool session

12:30-1:30 Lunch

1:30-2 – Land

2-3 – Pool session

3-4pm GB Display

4pm Photo opportunity

At £20 per athlete (with coaches and parents attending free), this is an incredible opportunity for boys at all levels to build confidence, develop skills and feel part of a growing artistic swimming community.
