Get into Masters Artistic SwimmingDecember 6, 2016 Masters
There are an increasing number of opportunities for adults interested in getting into synchronised swimming.
Taster sessions and classes designed to improve your fitness with Artistic Swimming are available all over the country.
As well as a challenging and different hobby to take up, the fitness benefits of Artistic Swimming are huge.
It tones your leg muscles, improves your upper body strength, balance and posture and helps develop your agility and flexibility.
It’s no wonder the likes of supermodels Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell have used synchronised swimming as way to keep in shape!
Masters Artistic Swimming Competitions
Masters synchro can be just about fitness and fun. But if you fancy learning a routine, there are Masters competitions taking place throughout the year.
There are no restrictions for Masters Artistic Swimming competitions in England. So whether you are a complete beginner or a former elite synchro athlete, you are welcomed into the community.
The Masters Artistic Swimming calendar culminates in the National Masters Synchronised Swimming Championships in November.
