Entries open and tickets on sale for Synchro Combo Cup 2017

Entries have opened for the Swim England Synchro Combo Cup 2017, taking place on 16 September 2017 in Manchester.

This is the inaugural staging of the event, which will take place in the iconic Manchester Aquatics Centre, home of the swimming and diving events at the 2002 Commonwealth Games.

It will see the teams from across England, Scotland and Wales competing in the thrilling 10-swimmer Free Combo event.

What is the format of the Combo Cup?

The Combo Cup is contested over two divisions and five age groups – 12 & Under, 13 – 15 Years, 15 – 18 Years, 13 – 18 Years and 15 & Under.

Medals are awarded for each competition, while the club with the largest total score across all competitions will win the Combo Cup.

Can I come along and watch the competition?

Having spectators at national events is a great experience for young athletes. It helps to prepare them to deal with pressure, but also offers support and encouragement.

Spectators of all ages are invited to come along to the event and see what it is all about.

Tickets are on sale now. The athleticism, strength and skill that the competitors display really is something to see.
