Swim England Open Water National Masters Championships 2023 cancelled

Due to a medical emergency, the Swim England Open Water National Masters Championships 2023 was cancelled.

Following the cancellation, we would like to thank the incredible efforts of everybody involved in dealing with the medical emergency – the swim safety team, medical professionals, emergency services, venue and Swim England staff, officials, volunteers, swimmers and members of the public.

Our thoughts are with the swimmer involved who is currently receiving care in hospital.
