Entries open for National Synchronised Swimming Junior and Senior Champs

Entries are now open for the Swim England National Synchronised Swimming Junior and Senior Championships 2019 – and there is a new look to the competition.

The event will again take place at Nottingham’s Harvey Hadden Sports Village on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 April.

All entries into the competition must be submitted by 12 noon on Wednesday 27 March.

The main change to the event’s format is that athletes aged between 15 and 18 years will now compete in this competition, instead of the National Age Group Championships in previous years.

These are technical solo, free solo, technical duet, technical mixed duet, free duet, free mixed duet, technical team, free team and free combination.

Redwood Trophy up for grabs

The historic and prestigious Redwood Trophy will be awarded to the English Club team with the highest routine scores from the technical and free team routines at the National Championships.

Rushmoor were the winners of the Redwood Trophy last year to retain the title they won in 2017.

Spectators can purchase tickets in advance at a discounted rate compared with the on-the-day admission.

Competition programmes and a range of merchandise will also be available to purchase at the event.
