Speedo Swim Squads, Dubai’s premier swim academy led by former France National Coach Caroline Potel, seeks dynamic, professional swim teachers. We want energetic, creative educators who inspire confidence, deliver engaging lessons, and foster a love of swimming.

We are looking for teachers who bring energy and positivity to every session, individuals with a vibrant, engaging presence that inspires swimmers to build confidence and develop a genuine love for the water. Our Swim Teachers should be imaginative and creative, capable of delivering innovative lessons within our unique curriculum that keep swimmers motivated, challenged, and excited to learn.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator: fun, approachable, and supportive, with the ability to create a positive learning environment where every swimmer feels valued and encouraged to succeed. We value teachers  who are adventurous and open-minded, willing to explore new teaching methods and embrace challenges with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification or equivalent. 
• A minimum of 2 years' experience teaching swimming. 
• Knowledge and understanding of lesson planning. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on clear written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team. 
• Current First Aid and CPR certification. 
• Fluent in English. Additional language skills are an advantage. 
• International Driver’s license
