During this session, you will learn about:

• What communication is and how to use it effectively
• Using different methods of communication appropriately
• Understanding how to adapt communication to suit different learning styles
• Understanding how to adapt communication to suit different environments
• Using communication as an engagement tool
• Feedback to your participants to support progression
• The advantages and disadvantages of different styles of communication
