If you want to become a swimming teacher and enjoy an active and rewarding role, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. The academy gives aspiring teachers the opportunity to receive part-funded training, mentoring, and be matched with an employer.

This community swimming teacher recruitment academy offers fully funded training to aspiring swimming teachers as part of a unique partnership between Swim England, Disney and Ocean Bottle.

To mark the nationwide release of The Little Mermaid earlier this year, the three organisations joined forces as part of a campaign to challenge the obstacles and barriers which prevent people in England from learning to swim. As part of this partnership, both Disney and Ocean Bottle will be making a contribution to Swim England to train new swimming teachers. You can read more about the collaboration here.
