Gives you an introduction to the fundamentals of artistic swimming. It is an ideal workshop to further develop the knowledge and understanding of basic sculling techniques, figures and routine practices in order to deliver fun and effective artistic sessions.

Training format

• Face to Face – 5 hour interactive workshop and 1 hour in the pool.
