Who is the CPD for?

The CPD is aimed at SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teachers who want to learn more about working with a swimming assistant.

Training format

This is a 3 hour CPD delivered online via Zoom.

Course content

During this session, you will:

• Understand responsibilities associated with being a teacher
• Understand the role of the swimming assistant/swimming lesson helper
• Understand the advantages of using a swimming assistant/swimming lesson helper
• Develop skills and strategies when using a swimming assistant/swimming lesson helper
• Understand your responsibility for mentoring your swimming assistant/swimming lesson helper
