Join us for a stroke master class with Nick Gillingham MBE, FIOS - Former World, European, and Commonwealth Champion, Double Olympic Medallist and 3 time World Record Holder 200m Breaststroke.
Nick will take you through all four competitive strokes including starts, turns, finishes and under-waters. The packed itinerary includes common faults, corrections, and dry land demonstrations across all four strokes.
This session concludes in the pool with corrective drills and demonstrations where attendees will be invited into the water if they wish.
This course will interest swimming teaching who would like to learn additional skills for faults and corrections and other technical aspects of swimming. The course will also be of interest to coaches who want to further develop their techniques.
