Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) - Swim England Diving Coach - Talent athletes

RPL is an assessment only route you can take to gain a Swim England Assistant Diving Coach and Swim England Diving Coach certificate if you already possess the skills and knowledge needed.

You will be asked to provide relevant and sufficient evidence that you meet the criteria laid out in both certificate specifications. Those who decide to join RPL must gather evidence and upload it to their workspace; this will include videoing yourself coaching participants so please make sure you have their permission beforehand.
