The Importance of Self-Care, and How to Support the Mental Health of Yourself and Others

This CPD will provide you with an introduction to identifying the early warning signs of stress, depression and anxiety. You will cover how to engage, provide support and signpost those who are affected by poor mental health. The seminar will also identify and discuss the importance of self-care and how this contributes to both positive well-being and mental health.

This CPD is being run in partnership with B Mindful.

Who is the CPD for?

The CPD is aimed at everyone in aquatics including swimming teachers, coaches and tutors.
