As part of UK Coaching Week, we are offering our Foundations of Inclusivity eLearning CPD for FREE between the 5th and 11th June 2023.

The aim of this eLearning CPD is to provide individuals with the foundations of inclusivity to enable a change in mindset by adopting the social approach of inclusion in a range of environments. It will introduce equality, diversity and inclusion, covering the approach to inclusion, the use of appropriate language and the importance of adaption.

Who is the eLearning CPD for?

The CPD is for anyone and everyone over the age of 14 years inclusive of educators, volunteers, officials, learners, teachers, coaches, athletes, and the general workforce from within and outside the leisure sector.

Format

The eLearning will take you around 3.5 hours to complete. We recommend taking breaks throughout to think about how you can implement what you’ve learnt.

Content

During the eLearning, you will learn about:

• Applying the social approach of inclusion
• Identifying current and appropriate terminology
• Describing the importance of adaptation
• Identifying where to access additional support and guidance
