A guide to the Learn to Swim Programme

Learn to Swim games - Kick of War

Kick of War is a fun game which helps to improve and enforce an effective leg kick.

How to play Kick of War

In pairs or groups, children hold different sides of a kick board or large float and try to push their opponents backwards by kicking their legs as hard as they can.

This builds stamina and power for their front crawl leg action, while also working on their buoyancy and balance.
