Aquatics Manager

Achieve Lifestyle in Egham is currently looking to recruit an ambitious, conscientious, and talented Aquatics Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment but is also confident working independently.

This role is integral in the development and design of our swimming and aquatics programme.

The Aquatics Manager will play an important part in reviewing and overseeing our aquatics programme, whilst working with partners, stakeholders, clubs, and governing bodies to increase utilisation and participation within the pool and wet side areas.

The post holder is expected to understand the current sport, leisure, and physical activity landscape, in particular swimming and aquatics. Using their experience, they will seek funding and partners to develop new programmes and initiatives, supporting the needs of our customers and local community.

As the Aquatics Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a budget for the Aquatics programme, ensuring the programme achieves maximum capacity, developing future commercial and programme opportunities, and monitoring expenditure
• Acting as the lead contact for customers for all feedback, responding to online and email conversations whilst also being visible across some of the sessions to ensure we have strong communication links with our parents, attendees, and teachers.
• Liaising with national and local sporting organisations to support the growth of our aquatics offering and increase participation
• Leading, motivating and supervising a team of teachers and coaches to ensure delivery and customer experience is delivered to a high standard
