Entries open for Swim England Artistic Swimming National Championships 2020

News and Blogs

Entries to the Swim England Artistic Swimming National Championships 2020 are now open.

The historic competition will take place at Harvey Hadden Sports Village in Nottingham on 18-19 April.

The prestigious Redwood Trophy, awarded to the team with the highest routine scores from the Technical and Free Team routines, was won by Reading Royals last year.

Their 2019 triumph was Reading’s first for almost 20 years and the dominant display saw them claim gold in the Technical Team, Free Team, Free Duet, Technical Duet and Free Combination.

City of Bristol were missing the GB duet of Kate Shortman and Isabelle Thorpe, but still finished in a close second place to take the silver medals in both the Free Team and Technical Team.

Event schedule

The first session of day one will see the Technical Solo and the Technical Duet/ Technical Mixed Duet Combination take place, followed by the Free Solo and Free Combo events in session two.

Day two, session three, will include the Technical Team and Free Duet/ Free Mixed Duet competitions with just the Free Team event in session four.
