London leg of FINA Diving World Series to be broadcast live on Eurosport

Tom Daley and Jack Laugher’s bid to be crowned FINA Diving World Series 2019 champions is to be broadcast live on Eurosport.

The fifth and final leg of the competition takes place at the London Aquatics Centre from Friday 17 May to Sunday 19 May – the first time it has been held in the capital for four years.

And all three days of the event will be shown on Eurosport 2, with coverage also streamed live and on demand on Eurosport Player.

Daley and Laugher both top the rankings in the Men’s 10m Platform and Men’s 3m Springboard events respectively going into the final leg of the series.

The Team GB divers also competing includes Robyn Birch, Eden Cheng, Dan Goodfellow, Matty Lee, Grace Reid, Katherine Torrance and Lois Toulson.

British Swimming Chief Executive Jack Buckner said: “We’re delighted that Eurosport have come on board to help us deliver this showcase event.

“It’s great that we’ve been able to bring the FINA Diving World Series back to London after a four-year absence and are expecting the event to provide a fitting finale to the 2019 series; we’re glad to have Eurosport working with us to tell the story.”
