What is the format of the NAG Champs?

The competition takes place over four days. Thursday 6 July will see the synchronised events for both boys and girls across all age groups. The other three days will see the individual events taking place.

There are three events available to enter as an individual, and as a synchronised pair. These are the 1m Springboard, the 3m Springboard and the Platform events.

Can I come along and watch the competition?

Having spectators at national events like this is a great experience for young athletes. It helps to prepare them to deal with pressure, but also offers support and encouragement.

Spectators of all ages are invited to come along to the event and see what it is all about.

Tickets are on sale now, you can either buy tickets for individual days, or a four day pass. The athleticism, strength and skill that the competitors display really is something to see.

Tickets cost five pounds for adults and four pounds for concessions per session. Alternatively you can get a ticket which spans across the four days, 15 pounds for adults and 12 for concessions.
