About Sarah Barrow

Sarah Barrow made her Commonwealth debut as a 17-year old at Melbourne 2006, finishing fifth in the 10m Synchro alongside Monique Gladding.

After finishing fourth in the same event with Tonia Couch at the 2010 Commonwealth Games and 2011 World Championships, Barrow won her first major medal with 10m Synchro bronze at the 2012 World Cup at London Aquatics Centre.

Further success followed for Barrow and Couch as they won European gold in 2012, European silver in 2013 and Commonwealth silver at Glasgow 2014.

Barrow is also a world class diver in the individual 10m Platform, finishing fourth at the 2013 World Championships in Barcelona and winning European gold in Berlin in 2014.
